Our latest production is an updating of the classic 1980s film ‘Local Hero’, which goes out this Sunday afternoon on BBC Radio 4.
It’s a lovely – and timely – story about a Texan energy company executive who’s dispatched to a tiny Scottish fishing village, with orders to buy it out and develop the area for an oil refinery. But things don’t go according to plan…
Adapted by Marty Ross from the original script by Bill Forsyth, and directed by Ken Bentley, it stars Harry Lloyd, Sophie Kennedy Clark, Greg McHugh and Clive Russell.
You can catch it at 3pm this Sunday, or afterwards for the next few weeks here.
